LDS Win British Sheep Farmer of the Year

On Friday the 8th of October 2010 Logie Durno Sheep were crowned the British Sheep farmers of the year at the glitzy Farmers Weekly Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

The competition involved submitting a detailed summary of your sheep enterprise along with financial data and costings for present and future.

Judges commented specifically on the team at LDS, saying;

• A Unique approach to ram breeding
• Miximise the use of technology through ET, AI and performance recording
• Good marketeers
• Customer Focus

Winning the award was a tremendous achievement as it is debatably the most prestigious award to win in the british sheep world.
